The 'original' in the EP was an evolution from the original Hustlin' track I made a while back which was blogged by Noise Porn and featured in few online mixes and DJ sets. As an artist I have had tracks out on Nitrous, Prozak, Mixtape, Communicate Recordings and a handful more.

It seemed only right to get these serial mash artists to re-mash a re-hash The Manchester trio went back to the bassline, raved it up and used the full acapella. Cue party explosion.

II Tone is no stranger to the record boxes of many DJs, having already had tracks on Standard Audio and Dusted Breaks. His production style is tight and futuristic and his indie and rock background inform a mature approach to the way he creates dancefloor tracks. This boy has an album in him and no mistake.

Fake Zero are New York's DJ D Rex and DJ Sniffles. Here they add a touch of booty bounce flavour and really ram a bassline home.

Vortech AKA Vortechtral runs the hugely successful techno label Techment, one of the few labels still pressing to vinyl and turning a profit! As a techno DJ and producer he is known worldwide and has worked and gained support from the likes of DJ Preach, Eddie Halliwell, Ian Void, Pedro Delgado and many more. His Vortech guise sees him turn his hand to a more breaks led approach but with the same eye on the dance floor.

Russ and Holms are residents at Portsmouth's minimal tech and house night Form. With a background in Psy and Breaks, they fuse this sentiment with a more experimental approach.

Хоронько Оркестр in Ekb!

Ну что можно сказать?!!! В анонсе этого мероприятия было абсолютно точно и правильно сказано: "Описать музыку «Хоронько Оркестра» невозможно – ее надо видеть. Для музыки «Хоронько Оркестра» наиболее точно подходит определение «светская» – она аполитична, ненадуманна, полистилична и очень театральна. Это смесь свинга, ретро-эстрады, босса-новы, джаза и кабаре. Оркестр может передать неповторимое акустическое звучание эстрадно-джазовых коллективов 30-50 годов прошлого столетия." Жалею, что мне впервые удалось увидеть и услышать их. Состояние полного восторга от увиденного до сих пор не покидает меня. Снимаю шляпу перед Дмитрием Хоронько - совершенно фантастический открытый человек, с очень душевным подходом, заразительной энерегтикой. Вряд ли Вы сможете встретить сегодня что-то подобное, в современном музыкальном мире он единственный и неповторимый. То с какой душой он передает настроение классических песен, как он поддерживает контакт с публикой, насколько он ее завораживает и заводит, потрясающий актер выступающий на музыкальной сцене, превративший свое выступление в настоящий музыкальный театр. Благодарю судьбу и друзей, за возможность быть и видеть это грандиозное первое (уверен не последнее) выступление Дмитрия Хоронько и его оркестра. Еще раз хочется улыбнуться и вспомнить наивные детские воспоминания, когда видишь с какой приятной улыбкой и неотразимым шармом, Дмитрий вбрасывает в зал блестящие конфетти. Казалось, такая мелочь, но какое огромное эмоциональное впечатление создается.

Heads We Dance FREE mp3 Collection!!!

Несколько дней назад, я получил письмо от замечательных ребят из Heads We Dance. Очень люблю то, что они делают и как они это делают. Замечательное настроение, плотный звук, насыщенное звучание - конечно это очень приятно слушать. В конце сентября, они сделали всем любителям электронного звучания отличный подарок - на своем сайте они выложили совершенно бесплатный сборник своих ремиксов, за последние несколько лет. Очень приятный подарок, все работы абсолютно интересны и обязательно должны быть прослушаны. Время затраченное на прослушивание - не будет потрачено впустую. Higly recommended!!!!

Доброй ночки!
В очередном выпуске цифровой радиопрограммы PLANTUSS, цифрового радио Е1, решил не ставить новый материал. Видимо осталась небольшая ностальгия старого праздника, ведь сегодня - 7 ноября. Чувствовалось желание послушать что нибудь старое и приятное. Порывшись в своем музыкальном архиве, я нашел cd-r диск, подписанный красным маркером - Octoberg Mix. Через некоторое время, мне удалось установить, что этот микс был записан в октябре 2002 года, моим хорошим московским другом, ди-джеем старой волны - dj Berg'ом. Дима очень замечательный человек, нам удалось на пару отиграть на нескольких совместных вечеринах, что поверьте очень здорово. С ним всегда чувствуешь себя очень комфортно, человек всегда позитивный в общении. Сейчас он один из настоящих, столичных друзей. У меня есть несколько его подарков-миксов, некоторые выложены на его странице, но там нет настоящего микса, который отиграл в моей программе. Представляю Вам отличное звучание от Dj Berga, образца октябрь 2002 года, записано исключительно с винила!! Необработанный, раритетный микс!!!

В ней, я пропускаю какой нибудь вариант микса или live сета, через специальный plantuss plug-in, программа анализирует материал и выбирает наиболее яркие моменты. В этом выпуске, я подверг действию нашего плагина микс от одного из участников уральской промо-группы "Красивые Люди" - Dj Starski. Во время моего недавнего визита в клуб Chocolate, мне подарили его микс, подарочный диск клуба Chocolate. Микс длится около 75 минут, музыка в стиле коммерческого alco-pop-house. Вот описание миска, от самого Алексея Starski "Chocolate… Самые изысканные, тщательно отобранные вещи современной музыкальной индустрии в новом миксе!" Когда я слушал его возвращаясь домой, время длилось вечно!!!! Решил пропустить его через наш плагин, получился замечательные 3 минуты, турбоCHOCOLATEный микс, и вот вариант из программы PLANTUSS DIGITAL PODCAST.

Давно не общался с Вами, конечно заскучал по Вам всем. Последняя отличная новость последних дней, в эфир цифрового радио Е1 , по субботам с 21.00 - до 23.00, мы выходим в цифровой эфир. Первый выпуск программы вышел в самую мистическую ночь, видимо к этому причастны темные силы. Все возможжжжжжноооооо, если можжжжжжнннноооо!!! привет Гагарину!!!! Since 2005, DJ Soulstar has been steadily building an amazing reputation in the Baltimore nightlife scene.
